BARANGAY SAN CARLOS INAUGURATES THE FIRST PUBLIC LIBRARY IN MARIVELES (June 26, 2019). — Rep. Joet S. Garcia and officials of Barangay San Carlos led by Punong Barangay Jester Ivan O. Ricafrente have inaugurated the MAYOR CARLOS L. SARREAL PUBLIC LIBRARY AND LEARNING HUB, the first public library in the Municipality of Mariveles.
Rev. Fr. Jhoen B. Buenaventura officiated the Liturgical Rite of Blessing. It was immediately followed by an Inaugural Program and simple reception. Guests and visitors include MLGOO Haidee Balicolon of DILG, Ms. Lorenza Oliveros of Balanga City Library, Ms. Rowena Abrique of MNHS-Poblacion and several others.
