MARIVELES, Bataan - This closed circuit tv (CCTV) camera worth almost P40 million is capable of 37x optical zooming and the latest PTZ used in the Philippines is now in this coastal town of Mariveles, host to huge Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB).
The highly sophisticated Mariveles Command Center located in the third floor of Mariveles municipal hall was inaugurated on Thursday by Bataan Gov. Abet Garcia and Second District Congressman Joet Garcia with outgoing Mayor Ace Jello Concepcion and municipal councilors.
The cctv camera system has the storage length of from one to two months in virtual high definition (HD).
