BSC’S SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN INSTALLS MURAL PAINTINGS (July 3, 2019). — The formerly idle perimeter walls of St. Nicholas de Tolentino Parish on the side of Barangay San Carlos were installed mural paintings featuring traditional Filipino culture, history and advocacies to make Barangay San Carlos more attractive. The funds came from SK Funds of Barangay San Carlos.
